As a Creative Pro, I serve as the ambassador of Apple’s passions, products, and services to my peers by supporting learning opportunities and mentorship. I use explanations to illustrate how a personal interest or hobby can by brought to life using Apple technology. I drive sales of accessories by recommending solutions that meet customer needs and help create owners. I maintain knowledge of new products, technologies, and trends to facilitate relevant workshops and activities. I identify what excites our customers and what is of interest in the local community and connect them to relevant programming and activities in the store. I promote and plan workshops effectively to improve attendance and engagement for ongoing services and products. I maintain connections and relationships with local industries that relate to Apple’s core passions. I mentor and train members of the Creative team to develop their knowledge and skills. I seek, analyze, interpret, and act on feedback from peers improve the Apple Store experience. I generate excitement, engagement, and enthusiasm among customers through activities, workshops, and events. I deliver engaging workshops with strong customer participation. I understand the challenges of being new to technology and show sensitivity to each customer's level of technical proficiency. I empower customers to learn, create, and share so they can fully explore how their personal interests can come to life using Apple technology. I create hands-on customer experiences that enable others to get the most out of the Apple ecosystem. I provide peer learning opportunities and mentorship. I demonstrate familiarity with internal and external resources available for customers who want to expand their technical knowledge. I perform additional support and service functions within the service and training environment.

As a Creative, I provide customer training, and teach customers how to get the most out of their Apple products. It can range from providing an introduction to a brand new iPhone, to how to create spreadsheets and documents in iWork, to advanced audio editing in Logic Pro. I facilitate these trainings in three environments; on a one to one basis, as part of a larger group, or in an open environment where the customers work at their own pace, and I provide answers when needed.

As a Family Room Specialist, I provided customer support when a customer's mobile device was not working as expected. I helped to rebuild a customer's relationship with their product and Apple, by providing technical support and developing a quick resolution to get their product working correctly. I also help to facilitate training to help get customers started using their iPhones, iPads, and Macs.
