I was responsible for running the helpdesk, properly documenting customer’s IT problems and conducting the best course of action for resolution, communicating the nature of the problems to other technicians working on it, conducting software and some hardware repairs, maintaining inventory, as well as filming and lecture monitoring of classes. Skills include proficiency with software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) WebCheckout, Service Now, Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, Dropbox, Google Drive, and various Windows/Mac/Linux operating systems.
