Tinker and Chance Construction LLC is in the business of building high end custom single family homes, multi-unit residential buildings, and kitchen & bath remodeling. We have experience in new construction, gut rehabs, and commercial build-outs. My job at Tinker and Chance is to work with the client to understand the space and environment they desire based on their budget and needs and work together to achieve their vision.

At Krug Development, I help manage and facilitate real estate development and construction for single-family custom and spec homes, multi-family residential buildings, and boutique commercial projects.

I was the representative and Advisor for Loyola Ltd., Loyola University Chicago's Student run and managed business enterprise. The program is funded by the university and is an entity of the university. While Loyola Ltd., is fully run and operated by Loyola Undergraduate students, I advised them on a day-to-day basis, while assisting their needs when looking for new business ventures and strategic planning.

Loyola Limited is Loyola University Chicago's Undergraduate Student Run Business Enterprises. As the student CEO, I was responsible for leading and overseeing the enterprise and four business divisions. We currently operate a ten unit luxury guesthouse, The Flats at Loyola Station; a bike rental and maintenance shop, Chainlinks; a residential and retail real estate portfolio, Loyola Property Management; and a roman style pizzeria; Felice's.

As one of the seven founding members I was responsible for developing budgets, forecasting, pricing, and monitoring the financials for this ten unit luxury guesthouse located in Chicago, IL.
