Training and managing independent inspectors across my territory covering GA, SC, NC, and VA. Maintaining workflow, problem solving difficulties and assisting inspectors in completing cases. Primary duties include ensuring proper work assignment to the correct loss control representatives, initial onboarding and knowledge assessment of new inspectors, maintaining contact with inspectors and clients, and providing additional knowledge training and assistance as needed to get inspections completed on time and correct. Position additionally requires tracking work volume throughout the year to ensure additional coverage is brought on as needed, and ongoing contact and communication with clients to ensure that their needs are being met.
