Support the mission of the United States Air Force through direct support of classified and unclassified base information technology infrastructure. Responsibilities include Support of VoIP and SIP telephony, Workstation life-cycle, Ensure compliance with AFNet polices and asset management requirements, Preparation of Information Technology assets for resource utilization,Ensure availability of workstations, peripherals, communications devices and operating system/application software, Periodic review of processes and procedures and client configurations for completeness, effectiveness and compliance with information assurance polices, Implementing software patches and security fixes.
