Worked as Technical Architect for CS (Circuit Switch) Core Network on the European Network Test Service (ENTS) Lab Environment. The ENTS Lab is a replicate of the live network of one of the operator in UK. My responsibility is managing any request from TCMT portal for CS core domain. Provide technical support and solution through the Change Request (CR) and Environment Issue (MI) and preparing the Test Environment through Service Request (SR). Provide offshore service on implementing configuration, interoperability and functionality for CS Core device, mainly MSC’s, MGW’s (Ericsson) and ITP’s (Cisco).

Responsible on providing offshore service for the performance, configuration, and fault management of the R&D Lab Environment. Preparation and support on the requirement of the tester/developer for their specific environment to succeed on their testing such as upgrade or downgrade of network element, activation of license, features and parameters, and integration of specific nodes of their requested environment setup. Managing the Core Network and Radio nodes (MSC, HLR, MGW, oMGW, SGSN, GGSN, MME, OMS, FEWS, BSC, RNC, mcRNC, WBTS, & LBTS) which will be used for the development of the OSS products. These includes scratch installation, upgrades, and uploading corrections on the request network elements.

Responsibility on operation and maintenance of 2G/3G Network -Circuit Switch Network (Nokia DX200 MSS/MSC, Nokia IPA2800 MGW), HLR’s and GMSC (Gateway MSC’s) in all Metro Manila site. Managing the service availability and performance of the network through preventive maintenance and performing daily routine for checking the health status of the network elements. Also, responsible of the availability of Front End Server’s (CRT’s, CPIN, Prepaid Node’s) which all prepaid sim is attached for billing concern. Conduct the configuration, performance, alarm and fault management of GSM/UMTS Network. These includes of the following:• Implementation of Switch Work Order(SWO) provided by the Planning & Engineering and with approval with the Optimization team in Metro Manila Network Elements (NE’s).• Resolve outstanding issues until the alarm clearance or endorsement to the proper team to fix such issue. • Provide Network Quality performance (e.g. New product deployment testing, Per E1 Testing & Monthly Promo/Services test call).• Performing hardware unit troubleshooting and replacement • Performs rehoming, integration & expansion in the Networks• Provide reports (network outages, status update of network) for network performance and endorse to optimization for proper handling.

First line level for operation and maintenance of CURE 3G Network -Circuit Switch Network (Nokia DX200 MSS, Nokia IPA2800 MGW, Huawei MSOFTX3000 MSS and MGW) and Packet Switch Network (Nokia SGSN/GGSN, Huawei SGSN) and Radio Access Network (Nokia IPA2800 RNC and Node-B’s, Huawei BSC6800 RNC and Node-B’s). Responsible on Alarm and fault management: 1st level isolation, proper escalation and follow up on outstanding issues to the related team until the alarm is ceased. Supervise and monitor service availability and performance of 3G Network. These include the performing of routine and preventive maintenance on every shift. Provide daily reports of the network status these includes network outages, and update of any open trouble ticket.

• ADMINISTRATION OF SDH NETWORK (ECI)To create E1 for network integration and interconnection of different clients like banks, telephone switches and other institution. To monitor whole network through NMS for any trouble or problem that may occur. Regular testing and commissioning or integration of all network facilities/equipment and channels in order to achieve high efficiency. To analyses the real time of all daily historical event and data from the system and network for possible action for the features problem to the whole system. Directly involve in planning and implementation, restoration of special project, installation and testing of fiber and radio link. • OPERATION AND MAINTAINANCE - Network Operation Division (NOD)Installation and set-up, modems for high and low speed data transmission. To report and coordinate for immediate restoration of trouble. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of PT&T network, backbone facilities SDH nationwide. Maintain proper operation of equipment like multiplexers. Installation and update of system cards (voice and data) for the system and network like PCM, IMACS and ASLMX.
