Finance Manager - Brownfield Projects Organization (Guyana, Baytown, Joliet)
CurrentKey Role Responsibilities· Finance single point of contact for projects(365 projects, $302M annual spend). Provide financial & controls services through timely collaboration and partnership with project teams and supporting organizations, facilitating sound business decisions.Key Accomplishments· Provided timely responses to financial and control activities, supported the sites on new rep letter process, lead the Quarterly BRR and F&C metrics reviews. Served as the single point of contact and provided clarification for all ad-hoc inquiries and the Business Service Plan.· Led and facilitated global requests (e.g., Global Projects Bank Account, Brownfield Fixed Assets identification and write-off as part of rep letter, and consolidation and review of all BPO financial metrics, review of BF VP presentation about key Corporate financial metrics).· Played critical role in finalization of Project Finance Manager Playbook to serve as an evergreen handover/desktop type of document for new and experienced Project Finance Managers. The document serves as a reference point to a collective group of activities performed by a Finance Manager.
