As a Project Manager at Triad Retail Construction, I oversee large retail construction projects while keeping Triads values of timeliness and exceptional service at the core of what i do. On a daily basis, I solicit and award subcontractors for all disciplines on ground up construction projects. During this process i perform detailed cost and proposal analysis of all bids, manage the bid clarification process, and qualify contractor scope of work, schedule, expectations and payment terms. IN addition to this process, I also initiate and author purchase orders, change orders, RFI's, and AIA pay applications.To keep my jobs organized I manage and process subcontractor invoicing, submitals and warranties with a keen attention to detail. I keep all of my jobs on track and clients engaged by authoring weekly progress reports for management and clientele for all ongoing projects. I also develop detailed project baseline schedules with bi-weekly updates for my current projects.
