Marketing Communications Officer
Current- Creating new and engaging digital content for the website, blog, social media, email marketing and press releases.- Developing and maintaining a portfolio of branded assets and conducted a content audit.- Writing copy for all communications and for different audiences. - Working with the Operations team and external website developers on the new nurtureuk website - this includes using GatherContent to draft all web content and also feedback on the website design. - Editing content and implementing design changes on the nurtureuk website using Wordpress.- Analysing website performance using Google Analytics and conducting an audience analysis.- Managing all social media channels on a daily basis including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube with an overall audience of over 16,500 people across all channels. - Using Buffer on a daily basis to schedule all social media posts. - Creating and maintaining a monthly social media calendar outlining all upcoming posts for every social platform. - Producing analytics using social media insights for each channel and reporting on digital campaign results along with tracking monthly channel performance to inform future activity.- Creating graphics, videos and vouchers on Canva to use on social media and on our website.- Working with the Operations team to implement our summer event and promote in internal and external communications.- Creating and scheduling emails using Mailchimp including our nurtureuk newsletter, emails to our Members and also product focused emails. - Managing relationship with The Education Company and produced a series of four emails that were sent out to their database of over 28K subscribers. - Using Salesforce to manage our membership database, as well as using Pardot (account engagement) to send out emails to customers.- Using Trello to consistently manage multiple projects. - Producing school videos using Wondershare Filmora video editing software.
