Mid-Atlantic Territory Manager, Client Account Manager
CurrentOwn sales territory for Maryland, DC, and Virginia for Trackman products and services. Manage client relations and project installations across a diverse clientele including private individuals, educational institutions, and golf courses.- Conduct production demonstrations for Golf Courses, Teaching Pros, Club Fitters, ambitious amateurs, indoor facilities, and other golf client segments.- Manage 350+ accounts across the territory and achieved over 100% of sales goal in the first year for Trackman unit and Trackman simulator sales. Achieved 100% of goal for new Trackman Range product in year one.- Drive coordination and collaboration amongst product team, design team, client, and client contractors to achieve project success.- Collaborate with the internal Design, Marketing, and Technical Support teams to complete successful project vision and implementations for clients.- Train clients on Trackman software and maintenance and provide customer support throughout the product lifecycle as needed.- Create proposals, deliver client presentations, and complete order administration.- Coach and collaborate with other sales territory managers.- Complete product testing and provide feedback to the Product team for continual improvement of the product.
