Hi my name is Jonathan Robles, I am a retired Air Force Veteran and amateur beard grower.I have begun my own marketing company Robles Marketing. I am working with family members to train everyone on all aspects of the company and to become a family owned and operating business.Why did I start a marketing company? Well following my retirement from the Air Force I began my career in Life Insurance. I quickly found that getting reliable leads was very difficult. Also I was intent on never being the one that's bugging friends and family. That pushed me into learning how to generate my own leads. In that search I learned how to build numerous types of websites, SEO, how to run ads on Google, Facebook, and how to be an effective Digital Marketer. After taking multiple courses and loving the process of becoming a Digital Marketer, I realized not only can I generate my own leads to the point of where I have too many, but I can also help other businesses as well, not just insurance agents. A bit more about me. After serving over 20 years in the Air Force working in many different career fields at multiple levels, I learned that what I really enjoy is simplifying tasks, and helping others. I have my black belt in lean six sigma which is a business ideology geared to remove waste in processes and improve productive outcomes. I also spent many years as a Master Resilience Trainer where I helped provided strategies to refocus the mind to be able to deal with stress from various difficult situations and continue to maintain a positive mindset in the face of adversity. I loved being in the Air Force, it not only taught me invaluable life skills but it also helped me really learn to appreciate our freedom.
