My current position as a Technical Support Specialist utilizes many of the accrued skill sets I have gained throughout life. My focus on Quality is driven by the need to delivery exactly what the customer wants and needs without failure. Many of the skills I employ through my day are print reading, inspection measurements, documentation review and collaboration with operators to nurture an environment to create a defect free product. I am very active in process improvements, six sigma and lean manufacturing projects, audits, and FAI reviews.

I was in charge of job delegation to other technician, shop supplies inventory and ordering, and completing services for customs. This job taught me a great deal about fiscal responsibility to maintain lower overhead, customer service, and helped to hone my management skills.
