I have more than fifteen years of administrative experience. Lately I've been excited to work with the Microsoft 365 range of products, including SharePoint Online and Stream, Teams, Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps. I am also expanding my knowledge into ServiceNow.I have extensive experience on the technical side of the house (everything from being an IIS administrator to racking servers), but I find “soft” skillsets are just as important. I have interfaced with a wide variety of stakeholders (up to C-level personnel) for often urgent requests. While working in an agile environment, I've undertaken requirements gathering and documentation, project coordination, quality assurance testing, final rollout, and support of the completed solutions. I enjoy working with internal customers, writing documentation and training.
