• During my 13 years in management, I have proven my leadership, organization, work ethic, conflict resolution, and time management skills.• I have successfully worked as the operations turnaround lead for every maintenance activity that has required a shutdown for the last seven years at the #1 Reformer, LHU, MBU, and HDS. I have also assisted at the hydrocracking facilities during the turnaround planning and execution phases. Sufficed to say I am very familiar with the policies, procedures, and practices required to execute successful major and minor maintenance activities.• Due to my extensive experience and personal research on isolation planning and the latest best practices, I was asked to create and deliver a Carson/Wilmington refinery wide training on isolation planning and execution. Every operator and shift supervisor attended this in-person 8 hour training course.• I have helped in the difficult process of merging the Marathon Petroleum culture and policies to the existing structure.• I have successfully stepped into various roles including the OSS, OMS, Trainers, and Day Foreman during my tenure. • I excel at working with all types of people in my variety of roles and have proven to be able to resolve minor and serious conflicts in a multitude of situations.• Achieved academic excellence at my University.• I have extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Visio.• I can converse and write in Spanish and limited Portuguese.
