I spearheaded the development of an AI application using PyTorch and Efficient-B6 that successfully detects "stripe" defects in back-drilled PCBs. •Led a team in developing a knowledge base chatbot named ChatPED powered by the Hugging Face LLM model. Using GNR Xeon and two Nvidia GeForce Titan Xs, this innovative tool allows the PED team to quickly access answers within the department's extensive document knowledge base.•Key member of the DPEA Competitive System Level Testing Team. Designed tests to measure competitor power, thermal, and performance, that helped to win SRF Tier 1 storage with Meta.•Developed & led efforts to set up a screening test script called “E2E Productivity Sanity Application” at TW mfg site Wistron. Collaborated to reduce the test time by 57% to improve factory capacity.•Led the testing of Liquid Metal (LM) sockets on AC Motherboard. If adopted as interconnect technology, it has a potential cost savings of at least $100M per Xeon platform.•Researched and developed processes for Soft SKU business, transforming Xeon technology features into configurable options for ODM/OEM and "leased" business models. •Developed a tool that automated a crucial CPU screening process for Adams Pass customers (Xeon Phi). This boosted job completion speed and minimized customer downtime for a 3600-node cluster deployment.•Designed and deployed a 300 Active Optical Cable tester to Finisar (China), enabling quality screening and preventing potential revenue loss. This effort recovered an estimated $70M in revenue.
