Currently Jonathan oversees the operations of over one-million square feet of commercial product in Virginia and Delaware. He is responsible for the repositioning of several key properties and the redevelopment of others. Jonathan specializes in property management for various assets in the DC Metropolitan area, where he manages vendor contracts and construction projects, supervises engineering staff, formulates budgets, creates monthly reports for his clients and assists lease negotiations. Current clients include Cornerstone, True North Management Group, and Cityline Partners, a DLJ subsidiary.

With his short tenure with the Mills Corporation, Jonathan learned the basics of lease administration including billing, account reconciliation and lease interpretation for four large retail outlet malls.
