Jonathan joined GA Solicitors in 2006 when he became Head of our Wills, Trusts & Probate team. He has more than 25 years qualified experience specialising in Inheritance Tax and Trust Planning for clientele throughout the South West and beyond. Jonathan also deals with complex estate administration and Wills as well as issues of mental capacity.Jonathan has a growing expertise in contentious trust and estate matters having been involved in litigation regarding deceased's partnership assets, conflicts between beneficiaries, litigation regarding the management of trust assets and trustees actions amongst others.He now holds the Advanced Certificate in Trust Disputes from the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners.Jonathan is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners, and the Law Society Probate Section.He is also a trustee of numerous private trusts and sits on the boards of several local charities.
