International strategy development and conservation delivery programmes across Europe, Africa and Asia, with a particular focus on large-scale tropical forest co-management in Sierra Leone/Liberia & Indonesia, plus conservation of the East Atlantic Migratory Flyway.

Lead Government & NGO capacity-building work with UK Overseas Territories in the South Atlantic & South Pacific. Responsible for Overseas Territories policy advocacy at UK and EU levels. Initiated the successful 'Ascension Island Ocean Sanctuary' campaign to create the largest fully-protected marine reserve in the Atlantic.

Managed a £1.5m restoration project of Henderson Island, a UK World Heritage Site in the South Pacific.

Part-time secondment focussed on engaging new environment funders. Successful development and launch of a new pooled fund with 3 contributing and 3 aligned philanthropic funders.
