Snorkel Manager for Prodivers Dive School, based on Kuredu Island Resort. (I took a sabbatical from Jan 2014-Oct 2014):- Manage daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules, staff rosters and stock inventories- Develop SOPs for snorkel related activities- Recruitment and training of new staff in customer service practices, including in-house CRM, and field operations- Design and develop new products- Lead expeditions and excursions for guests of the resort- Oversee conservation projects run through the Dive School- Liaise with external travel, NGO and govermental organisations on all issues relating to snorkelling and marine conservation
