The Programme is accountable to the CEO and has robust programme management arrangements in place and a multi-disciplinary membership within each of the workstreams. It is based on evidence from the workforce that the issues need to be prioritised e.g. staff survey, but also draws upon academic research into keys areas e.g. Civility – Porath and Pearson; Psychological Safety, Edmondson.· Staff Survey results for 2023 across the group show significant improvements in 54 of the questions across the group and only 2 significant worse.· Improve the utilisation of apprenticeships on a system level. This is looking at workforce development as well service delivery through ensuring that apprenticeships are developed in areas that have significant improvement for the delivery of clinical services on a system-wide basis. Co-designed and delivered the Group Senior Leaders Forum.· Well connected with the ED&I networks and am routinely invited to present at their events and meetings.
