While in the Manager in Training program at Enterprise I have been involved in an enterpriselevel customer service and sales environment. The program has given me direct experience withmaintaining the largest accounts in our area working with body shops and well known autocenters. It has provided me with experience working closely with local colleges and insurancecompanies and allowed me to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within thoseaccounts. In addition, I work daily in a customer facing role building relationships with customersand end users of the Enterprise service.

I began working at Ra Sushi as a server but quickly moved into larger leadership role within thisstore. Shortly after starting I joined the training program and began training new employees andteaching them skills to be successful bartenders and servers. Before leaving for a newopportunity, I began the management program so that I could be groomed for a higher-levelmanagement position.

I began working at Bobby Salazar's Cantina while I was a full-time student. I began my time hereas a bartender but shortly after was promoted to the Assistant Manager position where I helped toturn the establishment into a successful nightclub for college students and other local patronsthrough promotion and amazing customer service. While there I learned how to run a businessand helped to create a training program which is still used today. My duties included orderingand managing supplies while creating a fun and attractive nightlife experience. My time at BobbySalazar's allowed me to learn how to properly run a successful business while honing mycustomer service skills.

I began working at Red Robin as a Food Runner but was quickly promoted to server, bartender,then to manager. I was a part of the Training program where I attended a class to become acertified trainer. I was quickly put in a leadership role where I learned to harness my customerservice skills and began learning to run a business from a management position.
