Lead a small team tasked with customising and supporting an implementation of Salesforce.com and an integration of a customer facing website across 20+ organisations in countries across Asia Pacific, Africa and Europe. + Provided hands on configuration and troubleshooting, feature explanation, training and best practice guidance.+ Lead and grew a tribe of Salesforce administrators across Asia and then the world.+ Helped individual countries systemise business processes and design strategic roadmaps to solve complex organisational problems. + Engaged National Directors and onboarded their staff.+ Developed training resources and provided ongoing support.+ Delivered on time and on budget.

Auckland

For almost 7 years I led and grew the Alpha organisation doubling the number of customers served. I oversaw the revitalisation of the organisation and services it provides. + I was responsible for the vision and direction of the organisation as well as being heavily involved in the fundraising elements. + Developed marketing resources, (Leaflets, magazines, websites and social media campaigns) for customer engagement, donor management and fundraising.+ Built and led a team of trained professionals, both paid and volunteeer, who were passionate about their jobs and dedicated to changing the world.+ Customised an instance of Salesforce, trained the team, managed the use and provided best practice.+ Oversaw the general running of the organisation including, human resources, finances, social media engagement and strategic direction.

I was in charge of all youth (3) and children’s (6) ministries. I led, assisted, administered for many teams within the church. I was also responsible for what was called the “Ministry of Crazy Ideas” which was to assist congregation members in getting their “crazy” ideas fully formed, assisting them through the bureaucracy of the church and helping them run the idea once it had been approved. I was also responsible for the development and maintenance of the church websites.+ Volunteer recruitment and management.+ Led the Budget Committee.+ Camp / Event Management.

My role was to help with the coordination and running of all programmes at St Barnabas, a suburban church, with a focus on the youth and children’s programmes. I ran the children's ministry and helped it grow from 15 regular attendees to over 50. Initially I helped with the administration of the Saturday night youth programme but stepped in and ran it successfully growing the ministry significantly. I started video blogs, designed and maintained websites and ran large events. I recruited and managed over 40 volunteers each week across a variety of different ministries.

As the Information Officer I was the first point of contact in many cases for Australian’s in difficulty while in New Zealand and was a proactive problem solver to offer assistance and knowledge. As part of the public relations team I was also heavily involved in event management. This included the organizing of high profile events involving members of parliament, previous Prime ministers and other government staff. + Website and content development.+ Report writing.+ Information gathering.
