I am a Director with over 20 years of Investment and Private Banking experience across Finance, Operations and Operational Risk.Working in London, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, and most recently Poland, I bring a global outlook to my work. I plan, lead and deliver successful projects across regional and functional boundaries, solving for commonality, driving innovation and creating efficiencies. Finding new ways to maximise opportunities and minimise risk are at the heart of what I love to do. I am an inherently curious person, unafraid of deconstructing current narratives and proposing alternatives from this cross-discipline and global perspective.As a leader, I value collaboration, transparency and diversity. I’m a powerful advocate of quality in management oversight, supervision, risk management and conduct and find that, while these qualities are not innate, they can be enhanced through training, mentoring and coaching.
