In addition to all of my previous responsibilities (Listed Below), I am now in charge of all training for the CFA Mount Prospect location. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and corporate regulations. Maintain the promotional pipeline, ongoing and remedial training efforts, and work closely with other senior leadership to ensure business success.I oversee all programs related to food quality and safety, including general cleanliness efforts, food preparation techniques, packaging and delivery of products. This includes mandating safety and temperature checks, following up on customer complaints, and training the team members on new standards. I also can run smooth kitchen shifts by assigning team members to tasks, handling emergencies, Our location consistently receives high rankings from EcoSure/EcoLab for food safety each quarter. We are constantly leveraging data as a restaurant to improve service and quality for our customers.

**Summer Position**I head up the River Trails Park District Gators Swim Team, part of the Northern Illinois Swim Conference. We are an A Division team that participates in 5 dual meets and one large conference meet every summer, even through the pandemic. I mentor 4 assistant coaches that coach the 8 & under to 11-12 age groups while I am responsible for the 13-18 age groups. I work closely with the team manager, the park district administration, and the pool coordinators to create a positive and fun environment for swimming. Our sportsmanship and culture has been informally complimented by many administrators and coaches from rival park districts. We teach children starting at age 6 and encourage participation with other local swim teams, as well as foster a lifelong connection to the water!

**Summer Position**I coach children in the 11-12 age group in swimming competitively on a summer swim team. I work with them for an hour each day, and have a meet each week during the summer season. I design workouts with technical drills and endurance training for the varying skill levels of the children. I also design a meet lineup each week for the competitions that I feel reflects my swimmer's capabilities.

** Summer Position **Managed 16 swim instructors for the 2017 summer season at River Trails Park DIstrict. I created work schedules to accommodate the availability of all of my instructors for each of 3, 3-week sessions. I am certified through Jeff Ellis & Associates as a Program Coordinator through 2019. This enabled me to train and certify all 16 of my instructors in the techniques and skills involved with the Jeff Ellis Swim program. This was the first summer we have adopted this program, so it was up to me to implement it correctly and within standards of both Jeff Ellis and the Park DIstrict. I supervised lessons each weekday and each Saturday morning throughout the summer season. In addition to these regular lessons, I also set up and supervised private lessons by contacting the patrons and working out a schedule that was convenient for them.

*Covid Update* I assisted SD25 in their weekly food distribution at Thomas Middle School since March of 2020 through the end of my employment. This was available to all families in Elementary SD25 and High School District 214**I took over the management of an elementary school kitchen. Working with 2 other employees we are responsible for all aspects of the operation including but not limited to: responding to emails, relationships with the children and front office, receiving food and ensuring proper temperature, setup & takedown of lunchroom equipment daily, following all sanitation regulations, handling the cashbox for snacks, depositing checks and money into children's account, and ensuring all HAACP protocols are followed and documented. I posses a Food Manager's license/certification from the Safe Food Handler's Association of Illinois

I was promoted to the position of Site Director, mid-season, at Ivy Hill Elementary in School District 25. I am completely responsible for the daily operations of the program involving ten staff and 120 children. My assistants and I plan daily activities to support and enrich the education the children are receiving during school. We promote strong character through action and work closely with parents on any discipline issues. I prepare necessary supply orders for the park district and complete all paperwork on a weekly and monthly basis.

I assist my site director in managing a site with over 160 children in before and after school activities. I plan weekly themes, assist with orders and other paperwork, and overall keep the site running smoothly. In addition I am responsible for 8-10 regular staff. Another major part of my job is interacting with the parents and the school administration, communicating effectively with them so everyone is on the same page. In addition, if the main Site Director is absent I am capable of taking over & running the site for extended periods of time.

**School Year Position**Supervise Children ages K-5 in before and after school programs. Engage the children in fun activities from playing outside and indoor games to crafts and projects. Work with 6 other staff members to implement the planned activities. I maintain good relationships with the kids and the parents. Occasionally on school days off I participate in Full-day programs for the kids where we go on a field trip.

I took over the head coaching of the WHAM swim team in the middle of the season. I pushed for more organization, communication with the parents, and more in-water coaching of the swimmers. I was responsible for the 13-14 age group, and for coordinating 5 other assistant coaches. In addition I had a good working relationship with the parents and the administrator of the team. This was a single season position

**School Year Position**I work in the cafeteria to produce healthy well balanced meal options for the middle school age children. My responsibilities include but are not limited to: serving the children on the cafeteria line, running the cash register at the end of the serving line, preparing food for the next day including entrees and sides, cleaning the kitchen area, doing dishes( by hand using three sinks: soap/scrub, rinse, and sanitize), putting away deliveries of fresh, frozen, and packaged products, cooking and preparing meals for the day. In addition to preparing food for the middle school, our kitchen also supports three elementary school cafeterias, 3 Extended Day Programs, and 2 Breakfast Programs on a daily basis. I also am responsible for ordering certain products and maintaining kitchen productivity in the absence of the main manager.

**Summer Position**I lead a group of 6-10 children ages 6-8 in activities and games 3 days a week. I collaborate with the other counselors to engage the children in fun and productive activities each day. Duties include: interacting positively with parents and children, mediating between children, leading the children in pre-planned activities and games, encouraging good behavior and responsibility in the children, and setting a good example of behavior. Occasionally also took on a leadership position for the before/after camp program.

I assisted the main cook with setting up lunch for 400+ children each day. I made sure each child had healthy sides before I served them their entree. In addition, I cleaned up and took inventory of the leftovers, after both lunch periods were finished. I scanned cards accurately to charge the kids for their main lunch and purchases from a snack bar. I also helped run the snack bar and reload it in between lunches and after lunch to get it ready for the next day.

Collected data for a land use inventory of the 11th Street Corridor from 21st Avenue to 51st Avenue. Filed personal and building information for each parcel in the city of Rock Island. Used GoogleSketchup, GoogleEarth, and Camera Photos to construct an accurate model of Rock Island City Hall.

Worked closely with other lifeguards to watch three different pools at the YMCA facility. Trained and kept up to date with CPR, First aid, Emergency Oxygen, and Lifeguarding certifications while working here. Also enforced the rules as set down by our supervisor, the Aquatics Director, to prevent harm to the patrons. During the time I was working there, no major rescues were necessary, only minor injuries had to be treated.
