As a Marine Corps recruiter, I connect talented individuals with opportunities to serve, lead, and grow in the United States Marine Corps. My role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strategic communication, and an in-depth understanding of the Corps’ mission and values to identify and mentor future Marines who will contribute to our nation’s defense and leadership.Building on my experience training, mentoring, and coaching a platoon of 50 student lieutenants, I apply principles of project management and operational efficiency to my role as a recruiter. Guiding these future officers required meticulous planning, effective communication, and adaptability to ensure they were prepared for leadership in the Marine Corps. These experiences honed my ability to manage resources, streamline processes, and execute complex objectives—skills I now use to identify, mentor, and guide future Marines while achieving recruiting goals with precision and professionalism.
