Broker Onboarding Manager
CurrentResponsibilities include:Provide guidance and oversight to onboarding team with respect to policies, priorities and procedures;Resolve escalated issues from various stakeholders;Advising on documentation requirements to stakeholders;Review of onboarding documentation to ascertain whether it meets regulatory and internal policies to open or maintain a finance facility with Close Brothers;Liaising with the broker-facing teams to collect required legal documents and associated information to meet all regulatory and internal policies;Identify and implement process improvements and provide SME support on key process and technology initiatives;Demonstrate and embed awareness of, and compliance to, internal control frameworks, policies, procedures, as well as demonstrating continual awareness of regulatory developments, ensuring full understanding of impact to the team.Develop and build relationships with stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of a first class service, providing expert advice to stakeholders by applying your operational and technical knowledge and expertise;Demonstrate the ability to work within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a proven experience of stakeholder management and a high level of communication, both written and verbal. This will involve liaising with several teams, in particular Sales, Governance, Compliance and Credit Risk to ensure that time to market is minimised. Ownership of tracking audit actions, providing assistance to the business owners with delivery of actions, and ensuring that Senior Management are kept up to date on progress. Provide assistance to Management with completion and self-certification of departmental risk & control registers.Act as first point of contact for Business Governance and Risk functions to help facilitate effective risk management culture across the department.
