With over 22 years of experience in the retail industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who oversees the center store strategy and performance at the Seattle Division of Albertsons Companies, one of the largest food and drug retailers in the United States. As the Director of Center Store, I am responsible for delivering profitable sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing inventory and merchandising across more than 220 stores. I have a strong background in retail operations, staff building, and staff assessment, which I acquired through various roles at Albertsons, Safeway, and SUPERVALU, ranging from store director to sales manager. I have recently graduated the Food Industry Management Program at the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, where I learned the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in the food industry. My mission is to provide exceptional value, quality, and service to our customers, while creating a positive and inclusive work environment for our associates.
