Leading a team of 30 digital marketeers, across content, design, development, analytics and performance marketing. Responsible for the maintanance of 20 global brands websites across a range of platforms and systems. We provide an in-house 'agency like' experience to the division, with Content Strategy, SEO, Paid Ad/Social Marketing, Integration Consultation, eCommerce and Insights & Analytics.

In addition to my responsibilities as Business Operations Manager - I am also Head of Business Change Delivery specifically via developmental, UX, UI, trading and process changes to our global master web platforms for all 4 Navico brands. My role involves managing a team of Business Analysts to work across the full software development life-cycle to analyse and deliver new business initiatives into web development requirements and cross-functional operations.

I also ensure demand planning, forecasting, stock and customer queries are handled efficiently as well as the platform and site are running smoothly.

Beyond Retail Ltd, established in 2011 is an online retail group. Purchasing, stocking, designing and distributing kitchen, bathroom and heating products nationally through their four online sales channels. With over 2 million visitors a year, we aim to provide a shopping experience more akin to the expert service of a top class showroom, yet from the comfort and convenience of home.

Verwood, Dorset

This was a 4 month hand over position after the acquisition on Ark Stores UK. My role was to lead the integration of the new assets into the existing systems. This involved re-branding the sales channels. Implementing new CRM, stock control and pricing software. Training digital and warehouse staff on the new processes. Sales and dispatch. Research and analytical reporting.

Established in 2010, I set up Ark Stores to compete in the pet product industry. We identified an online retail opportunity and by the end of 2011 we'd cemented our position as the #1 pet seller on eBay and in the top 100 eBay sellers in the UK. From there the company grew and a team of 15 fulfilled over 5,000 orders a week until the company was acquired by Pampurred Pets, a local high street retailer of pet supplies with over 52 stores in the South of England in 2015.
