Responsibilities include sales leadership, strategy development, coaching and mentoring of team members and insuring the alignment of ASTERRA's unique capabilities with our customers and partners requirements. Leading the growing ROW sales team in EMEA, LATAM and APAC. Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans for the company's successful growth and scaling. Cultivate and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Responsibility for the execution of the entire team as well as building relationships and guiding sales managers to better understand customer and global trends.

EMEA focused, in a start-up environment. Selling a market disrupting SAAS product with emphasis on selling value. Combining market analysis with opportunity and relationship-building. Introduction and sales to 9 new countries within the first year and achieving substantial market presence . 0 to 1.4M$ in 1 year (35% of total revenue). Creating and executing multimillion-dollar sales plans in different regions (50% traveling) . Marketing – creating a 24/7 BUZZ within designated markets using social media, promotional videos and clips as well as national professional conferences and trade shows.

Business development in APAC that resulted in opening 5 new markets within the first year. Moreover, annual average sales growth of 40% in existing and new markets such as India, China and SEA regionBrand building including promotional work for penetrating new markets, enhancing brand equity and name recognitionExtensive overseas traveling experience including meeting and product training with clients.
