Assisted with a broad range of transactional matters, including financings and securitizations such as commercial loans, subscription facilities, litigation financings, collateralized loan obligations, securitizations of annuities and other receivables. Represented clients in connection with IRS and foreign audits. Substantial contact with in-house legal counsel, tax counsel, portfolio managers and fund principals.
