I am currently a Site Engineer on the new Sydney Metro Martin Place Station which will be part of the wider City & Southwest metro line opening in 2024. Once complete, the site will include a new metro station under 50 Martin Place, integrated retail space within and around the station, a connecting link to the existing Sydney Trains station, a new public realm and precinct, and two new north and south commercial tower developments.

Martin Place Station:• overseeing project wide quality processes and construction activities in the station caverns and north shaft. • Provided assistance in managing post AFC design changes.• Coordinated the DS3 design review process, working with SMEs to ensure SWTC compliance, enhance customer outcomes and ensure interface and integration requirements are met.• Conducted reviews of design to provide advice alongside consultation with subject matter experts. • Managed technical change processes to achieve better project outcomes• Conducted daily site surveillance and attended Hold Points to report on and maintain program and quality controls and verify progress claims. • Managed the RFI process to address and resolve design and construction issues. Key achievements:• Liaised with SMEs and the Contractor to resolve over 1500 design comments across 38 work packages.

Sydney Metro - Waterloo Station Implementation Group• Liaised with subject matter experts to refine and clarify the Scope of Works and Technical Criteria, applying lessons learnt from Sydney Metro Northwest to achieve tighter constraints on project requirements.• Reviewed tenderer’s submissions against the Request for Tender documentation for inclusion in the Station Delivery Deed and Project Delivery Agreement.• Attended technical interactives with the tenderers to work through and address design issues with the Stage 1 design. • Coordinated the set up and establishment of the Principal's design office facilities.• Established tools to manage both Contractor and Sydney Metro deliverables and ensure deadlines were being met.Notable Achievements:• Successfully managed the Scope of Works and Technical Criteria through the tender finalisation process and gained signoff approval by 20+ subject matter experts.

Sydney Trains - Major Periodical Maintenance• Liaised with Contractors and Sydney Trains Project Managers to manage the delivery of the Mount Druitt Escalator and numerous crash barriers along the rail corridor to their respective programs and budgets. • Reviewed engineering drawings, design reports and conducted site visits to identify project constraints and rectify design issues.• Coordinated RFI registers to ensure all RFI’s were appropriately responded to and closed out.• Reviewed and commented on Contractor documentation and prepared management plans to achieve safety and environmental objectives.• Prepared a range of scoping documentation for lifts and escalators to assist in developing a budget and program for works in the 2020/2021 financial year.Notable Achievements:• Acted as the lead project manager for a crash barrier at Lindfield Station and saw the project through from the tender process to completion of construction.Smart Seeds Program (2019)• Over 10 weeks I worked together with a team of professionals from the private sector to develop an innovative solution to better enable development in flood prone regions of Western Sydney. We presented a poster and pitch to our solution at a showcase event including Deputy Secretary Elizabeth Mildwater on the panel of judges.

Westmead Hospital Redevelopment:• Developed Request for Tenders, interviewed Tenderers and assessed submissions to make recommendations of preferred Tenderers based on price and capability. Packages I worked on include louvres, tiling, balustrades, access floors and waste management, with budgets in excess of $5m. • Managed contracts for concrete supply, formwork, post tensioning, civil earthworks and the prototype fit out. I assessed progress claims and variations for these trades to mitigate financial impacts on the overall project cost and cash flow. Notable Achievements:• Each month I assessed over $10m in claims, ensuring payment schedules were returned within statutory requirements and funds released to my delegated contractors on time.

I worked part time at ACORPP while seeking full time employment as a graduate. My duties included:• Assisted in the administration of progress claims/payment certificates and variations.• Attended site visits and assisting in preparing site status reports against the contract program, as well as defects inspections.• Assisted in preparing fee proposals acknowledging ACORPP’s prior engagement in stakeholder, time, procurement and quality management.

• Perth Airport Upgrade – Designed and detailed stairways, awnings, parapets and departure gate structures.• Atwell Arcade Refurbishment – Designed and detailed the roof concrete slab and beams, roof steelwork and connections, roof bracing and the façade for a 30x40m building.• Inspected a fire corridor in Morley Galleria for demolition and drafted the approval documentation. Also conducted slab reinforcement inspections prior to pouring and assisted in an inspection of the Elizabeth Quay bridge prototype.• Designed the beams, columns and footings for a residential project, and produced structural drawings for council approval.
