Start up a new multinational and multilingual scrum team from scratch. Design and implement team processes and rituals to suite the team composition. Fill in as temporary scrum master. Ensure feature discovery, refinement and estimations are done of sufficient quality before approving work items for dev. Ensure team planning and capacity management is performed each sprint. Identify and isolate high risk work to ensure predicability oof velocity. Identify and fix SDLC and ALM process issues. Ensure cross team collaboration. Establish development practices eg test first, pairing, mob sessions, clean pr commits, technical hygiene ect. Manage onboarding and training new staff, interviewing fr technical and team fit. Participate in "agile champion" working group to assist in larger organizational goals to establish scrum practices.Normalize team rituals and ensure the rituals have built in redundancy and fail overs.

Architecting, designing and developing client facing web applications, services and APIs using Clojure and Clojurescript.

Creation, implementing and review of architectural and coding standard including daily code reviews. Establishing a working group and processes for overseeing the discovery and implementation of architectural improvements. Specifically using the clojure stack on a n-tier distributed service oriented, web and SASS platform for processing large volumes of documents in high availability environment. This required containerization, queuing message brokering, multilevel cashing database optimizations designing of transactional and analytics data stores, designing ETL pipelines, security and other considerations of a large, asynchronous distributed system.
