As program manager, Jonathan is responsible for developing a network of partnerships in the Atlanta area and with other key stakeholders to scale Atlanta programming and create future opportunities for SCA and the youth involved. He builds and manages relationships with regional partners and land managers in collaboration with the National Program Manager and Business Development staff to promote and execute SCA programs and missions.Jonathan represents SCA at local and regional events, national conferences, and trainings as needed. He collaborates with SCA’s Business Development teams to secure existing funds, support the acquisition of new funds for local programming, and assist with grant proposals.In addition, Jonathan works with SCA’s Business Development team and Alumni Director to engage the local community and alumni. He assists HR, Recruiting, and the Program Coordinator with the recruitment and enrollment of staff, leaders, and members, including attending recruitment events outside of regular hours.Jonathan creates service execution plans in line with standardized program models and monitors program delivery to ensure successful curriculum implementation, safety outcomes, and administrative compliance. He plans and organizes project logistics prior to the program in coordination with agency partners and creates program budgets, ensuring they are managed economically and in accordance with financial expectations.

As an Assistant Director at AWOL, Jonathan was responsible for managing over 60 young artists. He ensured that they remained highly organized, practiced effective time-management skills, and kept all students focused on their tasks. Jonathan supported the director and ensured that the director's vision was consistently implemented.Understanding the significance of his role, Jonathan was dedicated to encouraging and motivating students to be creative and strive for excellence. Under his guidance, several students successfully graduated high school and are now pursuing careers in the arts.
