I purchased the company in the spring of 2001 and at the time it was averaging sales in the low six figures per year with only a handful of employees. The company was gutted and reworked from the inside out which resulted in a 100% increase in sales and profits the first year. After 5 years of hand picking sales reps and installers we were able to exceed.
