• Plan and manage all phases of event operations and logistics related to the Orange County Convention Center facility, the 2nd largest convention facility in the United States. • Partner with respective clients, tradeshow managers, association planners, decorators, and production companies to organize event specifications, review pricing, examine timelines, and communicate deadlines.• Maintain ongoing professional relationships with clients by adhering to the facilities’ philosophies of hospitality, high quality service, and seamless communication. • Disseminate information and needs to the appropriate onsite partners in setup, utilities, rigging, transportation, environmental services, technical services, and security. • Review floorplans and event specifications to ensure compliance with the facility policies and Fire Marshal guidelines.• Manage onsite needs from the facility during event move in, pre-conference meeting sessions, conference show dates, and move out.• Balance the needs of multiple clients with concurrent event assignments throughout the year to ensure a positive experience for all. Manage 15 – 20 events a year. Planning process for single event could last from 3 months to over a year. • Portfolio of events include single hall events with several hundred attendees up to full building events (11 Exhibit Halls, 2 Ball Rooms, 1 Theater, and 232 Breakout Rooms) with 50,000+ attendees.

• Planned and executed all phases of events hosted at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Worked directly with multiple clients to take their vision and create a high-quality product that meets Disney’s standard protocols and fits within a financial budget. Managed up to 20 events a year. • Partnered with a variety of operational partners, including merchandise, sponsorship, marketing, guest services, catering, broadcast, security, finance, transportation, and operations. Worked with partners to facilitate the synergetic goal of creating memorable experiences for clients, athletes, and guests.• Maintained strong, positive relationships with clients and manage a portfolio of events that includes the Drew Brees Passing Academy, Disney’s Pro Soccer Classic with the MLS, Pop Warner Super Bowl, CONCACAF Girls 15U Championships, MAAC Volleyball Championships, Special Olympics Florida Games, and various youth events.• Event Manager for the 2016 Invictus Games pool venue and 2016-17 NFL Pro Bowl player practices at ESPN Wide World of Sports. Both events required the highest level of collaboration with all facility partners to exceed the client’s expectations and to deliver a great experience for premium clientele. Teamwork amongst the Event Management team was of the utmost importance. Every member of the team had a specific responsibility for the overall execution of the event, but many phases of those responsibilities intersected.
