My role is to provide administrative support to First Response. The majority of this work is accurate data entry, logging contacts onto the First Response data base. I am responsible for closing off less serious contacts, and ensuring that more serious ones are forwarded onto the appropriate professional.I also often liaise with professional partners, engaging both face to face and over the phone to ascertain additional information. Much of the information is of a confidential nature, meaning that these liaisons are also carefully done so that only essential information is shared.I am responsible for managing my own work load, and prioritising tasks to ensure that more urgent enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and timely manner. Where possible I also assist the rest of the team by triaging new email referrals and starting the process of logging low importance referrals to ensure they are dealt with in a smooth and swift fashion.

Often running individual outlets and training new members of staff.I took a flexible and proactive approach, taking the opportunity to regularly work in a number of outlets in a single shift so that the team could get the best resultsI was regularly on the Hotel wide fire investigation team – expected to investigate the source of a fire alarm to ascertain its severity

I had to offer the high level of Customer care that the Marriott has built its reputation on. This is achieved mainly by being proactive instead of reactive to a customers needs.I have managed additional bars or drinks receptions to great success. Often this was with limited supervision from my managers. I also used my skills and experience to train new members of staff and help create the hotels unique cocktail list.Finally I was often responsible for either opening or closing the bar and controlling both of stock and money.

Often working independently with little or no supervision in potentially challenging conditions. I had to manage both the flow of traffic and the space allocation of clients arriving to make optimal use of the temporary car-parks.I also provided minor security and dealt with customers queries and complaints, as I was often one of the first members of staff they encountered upon arrival.

I had to deal with customers, ensuring they were offered the best experience possible, and dealing with an issues or complaints that they had.I was also responsible for handling both large amounts of money and stock on behalf of the company.I took the opportunity, when quiet, to assist other departments in order to develop new skills and aid the store wide team achieve success.
