When I was initially hired, I was recruited to come be a production floor supervisor. I was in this position for 6 months before being approached to become the Training Coordinator. As the Training Coordinator, I am responsible for the devlopment and implementation of an on-boarding training program for new employees. ISO 9001 compliance in record keeping of continuing trainings for current employees. Development of matricies for tracking purposes of qualified operators. Skilled in SharePoint and Compliance Suite usage.

Initially started off as Front Office Coordinator where I would administer payroll on a weekly basis for 150+ employees. Moved into a Staffing Consultant roll where I was responsible for interviewing new associates, profiling their skills, and assigning them to the best job/client. I was also charged with cold calling, as well as development and maintenance of our current accounts. i.e. Maintaining daily, weekly, monthly contact with our clients, business development, and sales.
