I oversee multiple teams abroad tasked with a variety of income processes including equities, fixed income securities, MBS/CMO securities, money markets, and mutual funds. I assist the team with researching reconciliation discrepancies, as well as working with multiple client service teams, senior management, and clients directly to communicate resolutions to issues that may arise.I also assist in the oversight of the Custody Operations team. This involves review of daily operations including, but not limited to, client net settlement, domestic and foreign trade settlement, reconciliation, and triaging other issues as needed.
