Here I managed projects from inception to completion with a keen focus on work completion with time and budgetary constraints.In this role, I supervised and lead a of up to 75 team members/Associates efficiently.One of my key duties was to communicate and coordinate with vendors/contractors on regular basis for follow-up to ensure work-in-progress was aligned with plans.My problem-solving skills helped me in resolving normal to complex issues efficiently by analyzing available alternatives and implementing proactive solutions.I ensured that the operations execution was in compliance with established standards and safety protocols aimed at providing a safe working environment to associates.Successfully improved customer satisfaction rating by addressing concerns and resolving issues on urgent basis.
