Protecting Virginia's natural, cultural, historical, and recreational resources, with a focus on conservation and environmental stewardship.Responsible for identifying, assessing, scheduling, performing, and evaluating maintenance activities at Widewater State Park. Still (combat) photographer experienced working in both controlled and uncontrolled locations, with formal training in aerial, aquatic, low-light, and studio photography. Experience working with a wide range of photographic equipment, including film, DSLR, and mirrorless cameras (both 35mm and medium format), sUAS/drones, telephoto and macro lenses, on- and off-camera lighting sources, filters, copy stands, microscopes, and scales.Formally trained in basic forensic and investigative photography, including macro-to-micro scene documentation, infrared photography, and color/scale techniques. Twelve-plus years of experience documenting criminal, accident, and intelligence investigations, including fatalities, domestic abuse, aviation mishaps, explosives mishaps, sensitive site exploitation, battle damage assessments, larceny, and clandestine surveillance.Formally trained in film processing, chemical/film processor quality control, and photographic equipment maintenance and repair.
