Most of these work-from-home staff members acted as inbound 'virtual call center' customer service & sales agents.Additionally, I provided technical training to new employees, generated technical documentation to standardize agent setups, remove any malware from each agent’s personal device(s) to ensure that credit card information could be processed securely, and specifically supported SIP/VoIP software & hardware based phones, as well as maintained the backend VoIP system, & credit card processing platform.

I was heavily involved with the M.L.T.I. (Maine Learning Technology Initiative) program that provided Apple MacBooks to middle school students, provided IT support to staff and students as was needed, and assisted with the design / installation of the school’s first campus-wide wireless network.
