Manager, Open Standards Benchmarking
CurrentIn Open Standards Benchmarking, I lead the world's largest and most widely used database of process performance metrics. This includes data collection, validation, and reporting. I assist in developing innovative new products and extensions to our benchmarking products, processes, and tools. I work with internal and external parties to collect primary research aligned with our research calendar, ensure quality, and delight our clients.I have also served as master of ceremonies for the annual APQC Conference for the past 3 years.
Project Manager For Custom Benchmarking/Advisory Services
As a project manager for APQC’s Advisory Services team, I manage, research, and report on custom benchmarks, both quantitative and qualitative. I also support client projects focused on assessing and developing process management and knowledge management strategies and programs. And, I write and edit research studies and case studies on benchmarking and metrics, and contribute to the APQC benchmarking blog. As benchmark analyst, I worked with benchmark clients to answer client questions, train clients on Hackett tools, validate client data, and create and deliver final benchmark presentations. I developed expertise across the full benchmark taxonomy of finance, IT, HR, and procurement processes, specifically focusing on the IT benchmark as well as IT process improvement identification and CIO relationships. I managed an internal pilot program to track client requests and questions prior to successful rollout to the entire benchmark team. I also served as first benchmark analyst, assisting senior analysts on-site with clients and paved the way for a new benchmark delivery process for all analysts.
