Litigation Partner And Litigation Department Co-Chair
CurrentI represent clients in complex, business-related litigation, involving health care, government and regulatory investigations, class actions, contracts and other commercial disputes, technology and trade secrets, and product liability matters. I regularly represent health care and other commercial enterprises in high-stakes disputes and strategic business matters. My litigation experience has included multiparty cases, arbitrations, and mass and class actions in federal court, bankruptcy court, and the North Carolina Business Court. I also advise business clients as outside general counsel and oversee internal and government investigations. I serve as the co-chair of Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson’s Litigation Department and co-chair of its Government and Internal Investigations Practice Group.
