CurrentJonathan Kutner is the Chief Executive Officer and Principal of Harborview Capital Partners, LLC, a full service real estate finance firm specializing in multi-family and healthcare assets as well as commercial and office properties. Mr. Kutner has been in the real estate finance business for a decade, during which he helped build one of the country’s largest origination teams, successfully closing close to $2 billion of FHA and FNMA transactions. He provides deal expertise to a wide variety of clients, from large national REITs to smaller owners and operators of single assets. In conjunction with his work on multi-family and healthcare transactions with HUD, he has maintained a close relationship with both HUD national and local offices, and has earned a reputation for providing quality underwriting, which directly correlates to his swift execution record. Jonathan stays intimately involved with every transaction from inception to closing and to servicing beyond.Prior to founding Harborview, he was a Senior Managing Director at Greystone and Co., and served on the board of the American Seniors Housing Association, the Illinois council on Long Term Care and the New Jersey Healthcare Association. He also serves as a member of the board of Madraigos, a national organization dedicated to helping at risk youth.
