The goal of the project was to re-engineer the current POS with a new cutting-edge in-house POS system. The new system not only has a better interface but has seamless integration with online web portal and mobile app.

As a Business Analyst, my role was to reverse engineer clients’ websites and document requirements for creating mobile apps, kiosks, and mobile websites for our clients. The following are some clients I worked on: Macys, JC Penney, JC Crew, MAC Cosmetics, Amtrak, Fossil, Dell, FedEx, Dodge, State Farm, CVS, Jet Blue, American Airline, The North Face, Davis Bridal, Expedia, Aeropostale, Kenneth Cole, Nissan, Mercedes Benz, and Metro North.

The goal of the project was re-engineer (UI and Functionality) retail banking app which shall enable the user to do the following:• Check account balances• View recent transactions• View e-Statements• Make a deposit• Pay bills• Transfer funds to eligible accounts or person-to-person• Locate an ATM and much more
