Currently working on the "SMP" project at Expleo in Bristol for Rolls Royce. The project is a website mainly for internal use that provides easy access and functionality to a database, it encompasses both front and backend development (full-stack). My role is to work with the project owner in developing new features as requested by the users: it involves use of HTML/CSS and angular/typescript to develop a usable and neat looking frontend and smooth user journey as well as C#/Entity framework for the backend, as the project is TDD both the developed frontend and back-end code is testing using unit tests (Jasmine and xUnit respectively). As a member of the team I Also need to interface with Product Owner and sometimes users in refinement of front-end user journeys, answering user queries and working with the verification team by automating some manual tests into selenium equivalents.

Working in Software Verification, I was mainly involved in Unit Testing of C code and LUCOL for Rolls Royce engines to DO178B standards. I spent some time offsite in Munich at MTU Hardware/Software Integration testing with Python, and at Aero Engine Controls (now Controls and Data Systems) in Birmingham unit testing LUCOL. In the summer of 2014 I moved in a software development role and worked on SPARK design/Code for Rolls Royce at REP systems and solutions.
