Typically use the Layer 1-7 of the OSI model. I completed all course work for CCNA. I use different repositories for different appliances. I can use: Windows/ unix/linux based systems. Currently I am a service Lead for DSL/EDSL+ tier 1 issues. I support businesses, and supervisor takeover calls as well as answering complex questions from tier 1 floor agents.
