My education at Ball State in Marketing and Sales allowed me to start my career off as a part of a growing tech company that helped companies recruit CDL drivers as fast and efficiently as possible.While interacting with individuals both inside and outside of the company, I became deeply interested in customer success and relationship building. I realized I liked being able to be the point of contact for someone throughout their relationship with a company. At that time, an opportunity presented itself in a family company where I could do exactly what I wanted, help people solve a problem and always be there for them throughout the process.
