Jonathan C. Le is a skilled litigator who specializes in the fast-evolving field of electronic discovery. An expert and frequent speaker on e-discovery, Jonathan has earned the trust of clients and colleagues alike to guide them through their most complex and sensitive e-discovery matters. Having worked in-house at a national bank as a secondee to its internal e-discovery legal department, Jonathan has a keen sense of what clients expect from outside counsel—and the effective, defensible, practical advice they deserve. During his secondment, Jonathan played an integral role in designing and implementing e-discovery protocols and policies that would affect the bank’s thousands of employees and lines of business company-wide. Jonathan brings this unique perspective to his practice. And alongside his broad experience, deep resourcefulness, and meticulous attention to detail, has become the “go-to” attorney for e-discovery for many of the firm’s largest clients. While recognized as a specialist, Jonathan prides himself on being a versatile litigator and strategist. To hone these skills, Jonathan works as a Special Deputy City Prosecutor for the City of Redondo Beach as part of the firm’s Trial Advocacy Prosecution Program. In this role, Jonathan has prosecuted criminal cases to full jury trial as lead trial counsel and drafted and argued countless motions along the way.
