I am a member of the Group Risk, Compliance, and Assurance team at MAG, where I undertake second-line assurance. Additionally, I manage and administer the data and reporting for the Safety Resilience and Group Assurance functions across Manchester, East Midlands, and Stansted airports.My responsibilities include:• Designing, creating, and producing insight and performance reports across MAG.• Delivering second-line assurance for multiple businesses and projects, following a defined framework charter.• Managing the PMO function and overseeing the delivery of the MAG second-line assurance program and a three-year change and improvement plan.• Developing and maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders to effectively deliver second-line assurance, providing senior management with confidence in their operations and the data needed to drive departmental and business success.• Continuously improving all reports, dashboards, metrics, and data for the team.• Designing, creating, and developing reports and live dashboards for multiple functions and stakeholders, delivering clear narratives tailored to various audiences.• Translating diverse requests into detailed requirements and analyzing large data sets to identify opportunities for stakeholders.• Reporting from local department-specific meetings to the Board and ExCo, ensuring the availability of accurate information and insights to enable effective, data-driven decision-making.• Designing, project managing implementations and rollouts, administering, and owning the incident reporting system.

My responsibilities include:● Design, creation and development of all reports and live dashboards ● Reporting from local department specific meeting to Board and ExCo, ensuring the correct information and insight is available to enable effective, data driven, decision making● Design, administration and ownership of the incident reporting system● Developing and maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders to understand & provide them with data required to drive their departments and the business forward● Sourcing, maintaining and validating a single source for all data● Standardisation of reporting across the Group● Creation of the governance framework, terms of reference, meetings, KPI’s and metrics● Continuous development and improvement of all reports, dashboard, metrics and data
